Wow! Just WOW! Fabulous product and insane customer service. We bought an American Redwood paintable/stainable frame. It arrived professionally packaged. We built and painted it without any problems. The customer service was crazy. Especially Hunter. When we got stuck with a problem, he responded promptly to every email. The questions were mostly about whether painting should be before or after putting the frame together and whether they needed to be polyurethaned etc. The “how to” video on the website and the written directions were very clear and everything was included in the package when it arrived right down to the glue and dovetails to put into the frame’s corners. When we had an “oops” emergency handling an 87 inch frame in close quarters, Hunter even responded to my “emergency” voicemail for help on a Sunday. Can’t say enough great things about the product and the company. Love how the mirror frame warmed up the look of our bathroom. I highly recommend Mirror Chic.

Ordered two mirror frames and they were delivered quickly. The frames were easy to put together. The instructions recommended 2 people for installation but I live alone and was able to install them myself. I think they really dressed up both of my bathrooms.

I recently replaced my bathroom countertops so I wanted to replace the mirror above the sink. I couldn't find a similar size mirror to what I already had so I started Googling Mirror Frames and found MirrorChic. I was very hesitate to order just the mirror frame because I thought that it would be difficult to install and the final product wouldn't meet my expectations. I called a couple of times and spoke to both Jim and Hunter. They were both very friendly, professional and helpful. They took the time to answer every question that I had thoroughly. My husband and I are very pleased witrh our mirror frames. We wanted frames that would match our decor and decided to visit MirrorChic. We really liked the numerous options and design. We selected different designs for each bathroom. We were wowed by how quickly the frames were ready for installation. Jim and Hunter did an excellent job of installing! Our bathrooms look amazing and we have received a lot of compliments. Jim and Hunter were very kind and respectful of COVID safety.

I have been researching different companies to find a frame for my master bathroom mirror. The mirror had de-silvered in a spot by one of the sinks. I could not find the right color on any of the other websites but when I looked on MirrorChic, they had an exact match! Of course I ordered a sample to be sure, but it was perfect. The frame was extremely easy to assemble and hang! It has totally upgraded the look of the space. I could not be more pleased with the results!

Two large unframed glued to the wall mirrors, each above a vanity were in our master bath. Deciding to try and frame them ourselves we found MirrorChic. First we ordered some frame samples to help confirm our selection. We then ordered, received, and installed the frames. MirrorChic was very attentive, responsive, provided a quality product and effective instructions. We are very pleased with our nicely framed mirrors.

The mirror frame that I purchased from MirrorChic is great. It's hard to describe just how much of a positive effect that the framed mirror has on the overall look of our master bathroom. I did a complete paint, mirror resize and light fixture remodel to the bathroom that was good, but the addition of the mirror frame had a much greater, positive effect than I would have ever imagined. The frame was very easy to assemble and install. Delivery was prompt. A quick conversation with Hunter was extremely helpful.

"I love my new mirror frames. Easy to install and they dress up my master bathroom.  My fixtures were satin nickel which has a more yellow tint than stainless steel or brushed chrome. I wanted a 3 inch frame so went with a brushed chrome, which is a little darker than brushed silver. Very happy with result.  Tip: when putting together frame, you affix the corner plugs with frame face down. Recommend laying a light blanket down on hardwood floor so you don't scratch your floor or the frame when pounding in the corner plugs. I should mention that samples and frame delivery was FAST...faster than other online mirror frame businesses that I have also used."

I love my new mirror frames! Made such a difference! I was able to cover spots on my mirrors around the edges. And they even replaced one mirror for me that had more issues.  Hunter came and did a measure for a bathroom that had two mirrors touching each other and figured out the best way to get it to fit with my existing granite backsplash.  We had him do the installation and replace a mirror in that bathroom and we were able to install the other bathroom very easily.

I was amazed that MiraChic could match my new flooring with a complimentary mirror framing.  They have tons of samples to choose from and are experts at building the frames and maximizing the look on the old, glued to the wall bathroom mirrors regardless of size.  I've spent thousands of dollars in years before on custom  bathroom glass/mirror frames that weighed a ton and didn't look better than what I just did with MiraChic  on a recently purchased new home.  Hunter was always on time, cordial, professional and very sensitive to all the pandemic protocols.  Pricing was excellent and installation perfect.  If you don't want to go the custom route they have standard sizes and choices where you can buy a do it yourself kit from Home Depot.  I was skeptical but this was definitely worth the plunge.

I had discovered Mirror Chic in a local Home Improvement Magazine. I had always thought about buying a frame to dress up our main guest bathroom, but, I knew that it would be expensive, both because of the large 72 x 50 existing size, and also the wood materials cost quite a bit at Aaron Brothers or Michael's (custom made).  Jim came right over and gave me a reasonable quote.  Hunter followed up with an e-mail and delivery date. We decided to go forward with Mirror Chic.  Jim was very patient with me when he held up the different samples of solid wood that were available (they have so many colors, textures, and width sizes). The Bronze Verona frame was delivered on-time and it really does transform the bath, adding both a classy and finished look! We are very pleased!
